What IS HSD?

Sexual HSD motifWhen your partner loses interest in sex despite your advances, it's easy to become bewildered, suspicious, and frustrated. And without help or education, many couples either ignore the problem or react in ways that destroy the relationship.

If your suffering from a lack of desire or you feel frustrated because your partner seems to have lost interest in you, one of you may have hypoactive sexual desire (HSD). About 25 percent of Americans suffer from this devastating sexual affliction.

Researchers found that HSD, the most common sexual problem in America, affects a third of women and a fifth of men.

Studies also point out that pornography leads to sexual frustrations instead of to a happy and fulfilled sexual relationship.
